Using themes of self-compassion and guidance from your higher self, we gently explore and shift the beliefs and patterns that may be holding you back. It’s a process of coming back to loving yourself — fully and without condition — allowing you to move through life with clarity, confidence, and a deep sense of self-trust.

This offering is a space for two people — romantic or platonic — who feel the potential for a deeper, more meaningful connection. Through a mentorship-style journey, we gently uncover the patterns, expectations, and past wounds that may be getting in the way of fully loving and being loved. Together, you’ll learn to show up more authentically with each other, release what no longer supports your bond, and create space for a connection that feels grounded, passionate, and free. This is for those ready to explore love in its raw, real, and transformative form.

A mentorship space for those who feel called to love the world — even when it’s hard. Unity With Humanity is for healers, counselors, and conscious souls who witness the pain, division, and suffering in the collective, and still choose to meet it with presence and an open heart.

Through practices like mindfulness, gratitude, and radical compassion, we explore how to relate to humanity not as something separate or broken, but as something we’re in loving relationship with. This journey supports you in reconnecting to your purpose, expanding your capacity to care, and moving from overwhelm to grounded, heart-led action.
